The desk follows defense developments, contract awards, and the companies responsible for delivery. Each item starts with the underlying announcement and explains the change in plain language.
Coverage separates an award ceiling from committed funding, an exercised option from a possible future order, and a demonstrated capability from a claim. The question is always what the evidence supports.
